Items can be returned for store credit only, We cannot issue refunds.
All returns must be received within 15 days of the date that we ship out your order. Special accommodations can made during this time ask for details .
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Instructions

Please email us at csmercantile@gmail.com or contact us at 985.809.1690 before mailing returns or exchanges.

Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and odor-free with all tags still attached.
Mail all returns, using USPS with tracking, and include a copy of the original invoice.

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
